GCQ ORDER GUIDELINES

As we progress to the General Community Quarantine (GCQ), all orders may now be received either via Delivery Services. Since we are operating on a skeletal manpower, please expect possible delays in releasing your order. Processing of orders will be between 3 to 5 working days.
ORDERS FOR DELIVERY
Our delivery service is back with Ninjavan! You may expect delivery within *3-5 days within Metro Manila, and 5-7 days for provincial.
GUIDELINES ON REFUNDS
- 1. To request for a refund, please send us an email at email@example.com with subject line: REQUEST FOR REFUND for Order No.
- 2. For approved refunds, please expect 7-10 working days of processing lead time.
Paypal: 3-7 working days
Credit Card Payment - 7-21 working days (this is being processed by the acquiring bank)
Gcash - 3-7 working days
Online Bank Transfer: 7-14 working days

To follow up on your order, you may visit https://www.parcelmonitor.com/tobyssports/track-it-online. Type in your order number for the status. Please note that there maybe some delays on the updating since our couriers are the ones who update the status.
