What are the item/s that can be ordered? 

Check our website and our social media pages for products you can order. Product availability vary per store. If there are items you wish to purchase that are not in the website, please contact the store to check availability.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement? 

There will be no minimum purchase requirement for customers.

What time can I order item/s? 

Orders can be processed and confirmed during the operating hours of the stores listed above. However, order processing may vary depending on MECQ/GCQ regulations in the area.

How long can I reserve an item prior to payment?

We can hold the item for you for 48 hours before releasing the item. For in demand items, we can only hold it for 3 hours without payment.

Is there a cut-off time for ordering?

Confirmed paid orders before 4PM will be available for pick-up on the same day. Confirmed paid orders beyond 4PM will be processed for pick-up the following day.

When can I pick up my order?

Store representative will inform customer what time his/her order will be available for pick-up. Pick-up can be done during store hours only. Please refer to cut-off times above.

If I can’t pick it up, how can I get my order?

If you cannot pick up your orders personally, you have your items shipped via a third-party service. Booking of courier and booking fee must be shouldered by the customer

I cannot pick up my order on the time provided, can I pick it up some other day?

Yes, please inform the store when you plan to pick up your order. Please note that store can hold your paid order for two (2) days only without charge. Store will start charging a storage fee of P100 per additional day.

What if I receive the wrong order?

Please contact the store immediately if you receive the wrong order. You may bring the item to store for replacement or have it shipped back to the store. Store will replace the order and will shoulder the shipping fees.
